Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & eligibility

By accessing or using SydneyReels, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract under Australian law.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may require age verification and may restrict access until verified.

3. Virtual coins & virtual items

• Virtual coins/credits/items are for in-game entertainment only and have no monetary value.
• They are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents and cannot be exchanged for prizes of value.
• We may modify, reset, or remove virtual items (for example, for balancing, security, or compliance), subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4. In-app purchases (if offered)

• Prices and taxes (including GST where applicable) are shown at checkout through the relevant app store or payment provider.
• Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) or the applicable store’s policies.
• Virtual goods are delivered digitally and may be consumed or used immediately.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or interfere with security or service availability.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or infringe intellectual property.
• Do not buy, sell, or transfer accounts or virtual items outside the game.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and remove virtual items) if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, used the service fraudulently, or to protect users, the service, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time.

7. Intellectual property

SydneyReels and all related content are owned by SydneyReels Pty Ltd or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for personal entertainment.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer guarantees or other rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Disputes

Contact us first so we can try to resolve issues quickly. If we cannot resolve a dispute, you agree to attempt good-faith negotiation and, if appropriate, mediation before commencing court proceedings, except where urgent relief is needed.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, in-app notice). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
